We have a strong engineering background and extensive experience in automotive type stamping and assembly operations. AMS specializes in the engineering and building of manufacturing processes and equipment for Assembly, Welding, Machining, Press Room Automation and Testing. We provide equipment concepts, application recommendations, and the best cost effective solutions for your requirements, but it doesn’t stop there. Once our solution is at your facility, our service and customer support is second to none.
We provide exceptional service from training engineers and operators, to start up assistance, spare parts and production optimization to minimize the learning curve and get you headed to profitability quickly. We also provide a comprehensive operator’s manual complete with recommended spare parts, drawings, schematics and bill of materials.

What makes AMS unique is that we are a vertically integrated company of Engineers, Tool Makers, and Electricians. AMS has complete Fabricating, Machining, Machine Building and Panel Building capabilities in-house.

As our name implies, we build Automated Solutions utilizing the latest technologies from robotics and vision systems, to lasers and sophisticated servo controlled systems.

We also provide engineers for process improvements, tooling retrofits and upgrades to your existing equipment.

Our mechanical engineers design in Autocad and Solidworks and can translate most cad software’s. Our electrical engineers have experience working with Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi, and G&L plc’s and hmi’s. Our robotic engineers have programmed Motoman, Panasonic, Nachi, Yamaha, Fanuc and ABB robots
